ARRIVING BY PLANE
Please plan to fly into either Newark (EWR) or Stewart (SWF) Airport. You want to secure your tickets as soon as possible as flights are limited and it is a holiday weekend. If you hear of airlines with specials, please email us.
Plan to arrive at EWR no later than 2:00 p.m.; or at SWF no later than 3:45 p.m. on 8/28 so you can catch the MOCA bus. If you plan to rent a car, feel free to arrive whenever you wish, although camp will not open until 5:00 p.m. If driving, it is VERY important to plan to arrive AFTER 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. NO ONE is allowed in camp before then since there will be another large group departing. If you arrive before 5:00 p.m., you will be politely asked to leave and come back later. Please make your return arrangements from Stewart Airport after 2:15 p.m. on Monday, September 1st. If flying home from Newark, please make flights home after 3:15 p.m. on Monday, September 1st.
THE MOCA BUS
Our MOCA bus will pick up at the Newark, NJ Liberty International Airport (EWR), at Terminal C, Continental Airlines at 2:45 p.m., for a 3:00 p.m. SHARP departure; and at Stewart International Airport (SWF) at 4:15 pm. For a 4:30 SHARP departure. Cost of MOCA Bus from EWR: $45. Cost of MOCA Bus from SWF: $35. You must pay when you register for the Event. (Mosaic does reserve the right to make appropriate changes to this schedule and to assign people to busses and vans based on efficient and reasonable capacity loadings.)
ARRIVING BY TRAIN
Take the NJ Transit Port Jervis Line to Middletown, NY. This just under a two hour train ride from NYC or Newark, NJ with a change in Secaucus, NJ. If you let us know in advance of your plans, we will try to help get you a ride share to camp since this is under a mile off Rt. 17 near the intersection of Route 84.

ARRIVING BY BUS
Take a Short Line Bus to Monticello. If you take the bus leaving NYC Port Authority at 3:10 p.m. we will send a van to pick you up. Otherwise you can take a short $15 ride by taxi to camp.

LOCAL CLUB OPTIONS
Some clubs may be providing van service to camp. Others are helping to coordinate carpools. Please indicate on your registration form if you're interested in vanpooling or carpooling, and we'll pass your info on to your local club for follow up.
