MOSES/MIRIAM: Responsible for gathering our people together, and leading the exodus at the airport, communicating with the bus driver at the airport, and shepherding the people onto the bus. PLEASE don’t take 40 years to get there!

Room Check-in Chief: Upon arrival at Estes Park, assist staff with getting the room keys into the hands of the right people.

Fire Marshall: We will have a campfire on Friday evening at 8:00 p.m. The rental of the fire ring includes two bundles of wood. Additional wood is available for purchase. We may wish to purchase more, depending on budget, or if people just want to contribute to the firewood fund. The Fire Marshall will be responsible for the purchasing of the additional wood, and monitoring the fire so that it lasts from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m.

Erev Shabbat Coordinator/ Contributors: We seek Shabbat-type contributions for celebration of Shabbat at the campfire. Alcohol is not allowed in the public spaces (like the campfire) but the Shabbat coordinator may try to make special arrangements for us. (i.e., We need wine for religious observance... while we welcome the Sabbath by burning wood .)

Night Hike Coordinator. Estes Park will offer a private group night hike from 7:00-9:00 p.m. for $5/person. We can organize an optional night hike on either (or both) Friday evening, and/or Sunday evening (for extended stayers!) Minimum of 6 and Maximum of 20 participants. The Coordinator will collect cash from interested participants on Thursday, and coordinate with the Estes Park program staff. Our campfire will be from 8-11 p.m., so there is a bit of overlap.

Saturday Bag Lunch Lady/Man: We will all be taking bag lunches on Saturday with the Adventure Rabbi. The Bag Lunch/ Lady/Man will coordinate getting the lunch request forms from all participants on Friday, to the kitchen by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, and coordinate collection & distribution of the lunches on Saturday morning.

Sunday Bag Lunch Lady/Man: We will all be taking sac lunches on Sunday for either the day with the Forester, or for the long trip home! The Bag Lunch/ Lady/Man will coordinate getting the lunch request forms from all participants, to the kitchen, and coordinate collection of the lunches on Sunday morning. Because we will be hiking all day on Saturday, these forms will have to be submitted to the kitchen before we depart for the day on Saturday.

Alternate Shuttle Coordinator: Those who aren’t returning to the airport on the group bus on Sunday will be making alternate transportation arrangements. There is a shuttle from Estes Park to the airport for $45 /person. The Alternate shuttle coordinator will have the info on participants’ departure times from us, and will talk with the shuttle provider (we will give you the phone #) on Friday about best way to organize shuttles.
