Payment Instructions

Register early! The early-bird registration fee of $350 (members), $375 (non-members) expires on May 15. After that date, registration increases to $400 (members), $425 (non-members).

This fee covers breakfast and lunch expenses, and includes the cost of staying at the Northwest Portland Hostel.

If you wish a more "up-scale" experience you may choose to make a separate reservation at one of Portland's fine downtown hotels. One option is listed on the lodgings page of the registration form. If you choose to do so you accept responsibility for making your own hotel reservations and for getting yourself to all meals and activities on time.

Note: In order to ensure all expenses are covered, we cannot offer a reduced registration fee for those individuals who choose not to stay at the hostel.

Lodging

Your registration fee includes five nights at the Northwest Portland Hostel. Centrally located in Portland's historic district, this hostel is within walking distance of downtown, Powell's Books, the Rose Garden, the Japanese Garden, and the Pearl Arts District. Amenities include free wi-fi and a full kitchen and dining area.

We have two group dormitories reserved at the hostel: one with 8 beds, the other with 6. We will be separated by gender. We will serve a kosher breakfast at 8am and pack bag lunches each morning before heading out for the day's activities.

If you prefer a more up-scale stay, you may choose to make your own reservations at a separate hotel. One option would be the Park Lane Suites and Inn -- conveniently located a few blocks from the hostel. If you choose to do so, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for making your own hotel arrangements. In order to ensure all costs are covered, we cannot offer a reduced registration fee to those choosing not to stay at the hostel.
