Register early! The early-bird registration fee of $350 (members), $375 (non-members) expires on May 15. After that date, registration increases to $400 (members), $425 (non-members).
This fee covers breakfast and lunch expenses, and includes the cost of staying at the Northwest Portland Hostel.
If you wish a more "up-scale" experience you may choose to make a separate reservation at one of Portland's fine downtown hotels. One option is listed on the lodgings page of the registration form. If you choose to do so you accept responsibility for making your own hotel reservations and for getting yourself to all meals and activities on time.
Note: In order to ensure all expenses are covered, we cannot offer a reduced registration fee for those individuals who choose not to stay at the hostel.
$350 for Mosaic members before May 15, $375 for non-members before May 15. After May 15 the price goes up to $400 for Mosaic members, $425 for non-members.
There is a full refund for cancellations before June 1. After June 1 and before June 8 there is a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations after June 8 unless in extreme circumstances, such as a major illness or death in the family.
We are not set up to accept checks. The best payment method is through our secure system by credit card or Paypal. If you really cannot pay online contact Miriam at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll try to work something out.
Indicate your interest in the comments section when registering for the Portland trip. Miriam will put all registered attendees in contact with each other so you can arrange additional travel amongst yourselves.
