So you made it to the registration page. We are very excited that you are considering joining us!

After we receive your payment with your contact information including e-mail. We will then send 3 forms to for you to fill out and send back.

PRICES

-$1800 (double occupancy) through April 31, 2009.
-Single Supplement $600
-Non-Mosaic Member Fee: Additional add-on fee of $50 OR join your local Mosaic club (Usually much cheaper)

NO REGISTRATION AFTER April 31, 2009, no exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel prior to April 17th, 2009 for full refund minus processing fee of $35.
Cancel April 18th to April 20th for a 75% refund of total price
No refund after April 20, 2009. We have a deadline with the resort contract that requires full payment at this time with no refund if we cancel anything after that! Your money will be spent by then.

Please note that PayPal Charges a transaction fee. In order to keep the cost down for everyone we have added this fee to your cost as “3% sales tax”**. Please use Trips@mosaicoutdoor.org for the account name if asked. The total amount that will be applied when you click on Buy Now is:

TRIP INCLUSIONS:

1) 9 Night Stay in simple comfortable cabins run by the environmentally responsible concessionaire: Xanterra. We will be staying in three different locations during the main event. The cabins all have 2 double beds and a bathroom with either a tub/shower combo, or just a shower.

2) 2 Guided Driving Tours of the Park on two separate days staffed by the very knowledgeable, entertaining, and professional guides from Xanterra (if we get more than 10 people on the trip)

4) Group Transportation will be provided from the airport on Friday May 22, 2009, during the event and back to the airport on Sunday May 31, 2009. Actual vehicle selection will be determined by the final size of the group, but most likely will be 2 to 3 full size Passenger Vans. Most of the driving will be done by the trip leaders, but volunteers for backup drivers are requested.

5) The group will have 2 group pre-paid dinners: the first Friday 5/22 and the last Saturday 5/30. You will receive a meal ticket for the second one. The first will either be a meal ticket or a dinner in a small room separate for us so we can have a ranger presentation during dinner. ALL OTHER MEALS TO BE PAID INDIVIDUALLY BY THE PARTICIPANT BY USING THE YELLOWSTONE DOLLARS YOU WILL BE GIVEN WHICH IS BUILT INTO THE COST OF THE TRIP. The Arrival day and Departure day meals will be on your own.

6) $35 per Day Yellowstone Dollars. These Yellowstone Dollars may only be used for payment at facilities operated by Xanterra Parks & Resorts at Yellowstone National Park. They are to be used for your meals and/or personal items while in the park.

AIRFARE:

Assuming we are a geographically diverse group, and because you may have many choices and availability in your travel programs, we expect participants to make their own air transportation arrangements. Arrival is into Gallitin Field Airport which serves Bozeman, Montana (BZN). Check out http://www.bozemanairport.com . You must arrive by 2:30pm (Mountain Standard Time) Friday May 22, 2009 to be part of the arranged ground transportation.

Please ask us where other people have booked flights to match up with them. Currently we have people flying out of Newark, Hartford, Toronto, Atlanta and Florida at this time.

NOTE:

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MEET UP WITH THE GROUP AT THE AIRPORT FOR GROUND GROUP TRANSPORT. If you miss the group van it will be your responsibility to arrive at the lodge at Yellowstone Lake by Friday or Saturday night. No refunds will be made for missing the pre-arranged ground transport or lodging.

Check out: http://www.karststage.com/airport_shuttle.php. This company runs shuttles to Mammoth Springs in Yellowstone. There should be shuttle buses run by Xanterra between Mammoth and the other areas of the park. If needed the participant is responsible for arranging this on their own.

It will be fairly easy to Pre-Arrange through Karststage for an early departure from Mammoth Springs, anytime after our arrival there on the evening of 5/27/09. Again this is at the participant's own expense.
