Hello everybody,
The summer is almost over and it's time to think of the High Holidays and the new MOSAIC year. Our membership year is September to September. Membership dues are only $18 per year......quite a bargain!!!! Please send your dues to Dan Rose. His address is at the end of this newsletter.
The other new year event is our annual elections/membership meeting. The meeting date and location will appear in the September newsletter. Please consider running for an office for the 2010-2011 membership year. We will be electing the offices of President, VP/Activities Director, Secretary, Treasurer, and 2 member-at-large representatives. I'll provide more information on the duties of these positions in the September newsletter. All members who have paid their 2010-2011 dues are eligable to vote and/or run for office.
You have all received several e-mails about the MOSAIC International Event over Labor Day weekend. I hope many of you are able to attend. While I am unable to attend this year, I can tell you that I have attended a couple of previous International Evetns and have had a GREAT TIME!!!!! Several of our local members have plans to attend this year's event so you will not be alone in representing MOSAIC of NE Ohio. For more information on the Internaitonal Event, go to: www.mosaicoutdoor.org. Remember prices go up after August 14th.
