| DETAILS: | At Windsurfing Sports, 2300 NASA Road 1, Seabrook, Tx. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather and for getting wet. If it is too cold for swim suits, wool and fleece are warmer than jeans and other cotton clothing when wet. Water shoes are also recommended. Bring a sack lunch and plenty of water. |

| DETAILS: | A chill in the air by December? Regardless, whip up a pot of your grand prize chili recipe and bring it to Memorial Park for the Mosaic Chili Cook-off. If you don't bring a pot of chili, sign up to bring a salad, side dish or desert at the time of your RSVP. Mosaic will provide stoves to reheat your pot of chili at the Park. Us for this Great Outdoor Celebration at Carls
country home in Southwest Houston as the Tradition
Continues and this event grows bigger and bigger. What
better way to enjoy the festival of lights than to share
it with friends Texas style, cook latkes, light your
menorah, exchange gifts and have fun? Our host keeps
kosher, so everyone needs to bring a potluck vegetarian
or milk entrée, side dish or desert. Latkes and
non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. Bring your
menorah, a gift valued between $5 to $10 for the gift
exchange, a dish to share a camp chair to sit by the
fire, and a friend. Dress appropriately for the weather. (Contact Gayle or Bill to help plan and host the Hanukkah party.) |

| ACTIVITY: | The First Mosaic National Jewish Ski Week at Club Med |

members and non-members pay $800 if deposit is received
by October 5, 2000, or $850 if received after that date. This is an amazing price for Club Med, especially with all the extras we are including! |

| DETAILS: | This will be the first ever national ski trip organized by Mosaic Outdoor Clubs of America. We expect between 150 and 300 Mosaic members and Jewish skiers to attend, but you have to act quick if you want to go. This year, for the first time, Club Med at Copper Mountain is an adult-only club; no kids... lots more singles! Club Med is a ski-in, ski-out resort right at the base of Copper Mountain. Ski with instructors all day, and play all night. Nothing beats the night life and activities of Club Med! Top it all with a few added surprises and programs just for our Mosaic group, and this is sure to be your best ski trip ever. Cost includes the following: |
