Calendar of Events July 13 - Training Type Bike Ride... In conjunction with Tour de Friends, we will offer the following" Mosaic's new member met at Kildeer School in Long Grove for a "training type" bike ride that went two loops (each loop is 35 miles). Jonathan offered tips on road riding, riding in groups (pelatons) etc. Riding hand singles for group riding were also explained. E-mail Jonathan with your questions about this event, and if you'd like to go on a future "training ride". |
