Bike Ride Barrow County
Sunday Dec 4 at 9:45

Hey everyone. I went back up to do a final check of the bike ride for this coming week. And you know, I just had to map out an even better route. I was so taken by the possibilities that I couldn't stop with just one route. So, you guessed it. We have two options. A short option that will be less than 26 miles and a long option that will be less than 35 miles. I'm thinking the faster more experienced riders will enjoy the 35 mile option in about the same time frame as the rest of us will enjoy the 26 mile option. The short option group will stay together whereas the long option participants will be on their own with maps and directions. We'll see who wants to do what when we get there.

Just as a reminder, last month we hit the Northwest, and this month we're headed Northeast. Last month we started at the Budweiser brewery and this month we're down the street from Chateau Elan and we'll sort of be passing near the Mayfield Dairy as we pass by some farms, and fields on country roads.

We'll be riding for about 2 ½ hours then we'll go over to a nearby restaurant.
