From the Prez:

The Year’s 3rd Board Meeting will be held at the home
of our extremely active and most aptly placed Activities
Director, Gary Vogin. In case you haven’t had the opportunity
to visit the Mosaic website, Gary has been hard at work
filling the calendar, leading his own events,
and drafting the event summaries.

Last month’s meeting afforded us the opportunity to review
our insurance policy with the broker via teleconference
- we have a new one in effect this year;
to review our membership status - on the increase with new
members coming on board, and others coming out of retirement
(kind of like myself), and to discuss the many types of events,
new and old, which are beginning to fill our schedule looking forward.

Judging from the variety of events we have had in a short
2 months, with multiple happenings on many weekends,
and midweek opportunities as well, and the number of new
and old participants, this year is off to a great start,
and can only get better as the weather warms.

Recall that our responsibility to bring you the events
of your choice is limited if left strictly to the Board’s
creativity and leadership; your input and desire to lead
is vital in creating those special activities that kindle
your individual flames. And so ....

Let’s collectively seize next Mon evening as a chance
to get together, bring our ideas and thoughts, help us all
to make our Club yet a stronger, more exciting and diverse
organization than it is. So as has been the norm, the door
to the meeting is ajar to all members in good standing!!
Please come and share your input. Bring your ideas and
discussion topics.

Please contact Gary (see above) for planning purposes
if you can’t show and have an event idea, or directions if required.
You can call me (hank) as well at 770-312-4333.

We will open the meeting at 7:30 sharp,
and plan closure for 9:00.
Kindly eat before or bring your own nosh.
We will try to keep distractions at a minimum.
