Charna will be leading a 10.5 mile strenuous hike
starting at Amicolola State Park and making a loop using
the Len Foote Hike Inn trail and Appalachian approach trail.
Charna may add on another 2 miles, so come prepared to hike.
Bonnie will be leading a more moderate 10-mile hike
for those wishing to visit the inn, up and back on the
Len Foote trail. You, too, should come prepared to hike.
Whatever group you're in, we'll hike to the inn

where we'll eat our lunch in their dining room,
have a warm beverage, take in the views,
and then follow the trail back to the park.
Ability Level: Strenuous with Charna; or Moderate with Bonnie.
Meet Time: 8:30 AM
Meeting Location: Mansell Park & Ride, Exit 8 on 400
Take a left at the Exit onto Mansell, and the Park and Ride
is on the LEFT just after you pass under 400.
Depart Time: 8:45 AM
Return Time: In time for the red carpet.
What to Bring: Hiking boots required, plenty of water,
dress in layers for winter hiking.
Bring your lunch and snacks.
Cost: Members free, $3 for nonmembers,
money for drivers, $3/car for parking at Amicolola State Park.
Dogs: No, as they are not allowed at the inn
