Leader: Charna Perloe charna@email.com 404-668-8554 (Cell - morning of only)
This is a brand new trail that just became available to hikers
to reach the summit of Mt. Yonah.
The USFS is putting on its finishing touches as I write this.
If you're not familiar with the Helen-Cleveland area,
Mt. Yonah stands out by itself with the distinctive rocky face
that attracts local rock climbers.
We won't be doing any rock climbing, but there are a few places
to practice your rock-scrambling skills, just enough to make
you want to do more.
The trail also takes us through an Army training camp.
Lunch will be either at the base of the rocky face or on top of it.
So come on out and be one of the first to hike this trail!
You can read more about it at:

More on that the morning of.
