From the Atlanta History Center to Sonny P's crib,
Buckhead is Atlanta's showplace.
We'll see the mansions and McMansions of a beautifully landscaped
neighborhood on a 6 mile walk. Afterward, you can choose to stroll
the AHC gardens, go out for lunch, join the group at Atlanta Rocks,
or put on your fish face for an evening at the Georgia Aquarium.
Cancelled if rain. If you have any questions about the weather,
please contact the leader on the day of the event.
Dogs: on leash OK.
Ability level: Easy
Meet time: 10:30 am
Depart time: 10:45 am
Return time: 1:30 pm
Meeting location: NOT the Parking deck of Atlanta History Center
which is 130 West Paces Ferry Rd, just west of Peachtree Rd in Buckhead
The parking deck is not open that early, so we will park and meet nearby.

From the AHC, turn on Valley Rd from W. Paces Ferry Rd
(across from the AHC, a left turn if coming from Peachtree)
Go one block, turn and park on Grant Valley Road.
What to bring: Water, sunscreen, clothing appropriate for weather
