If you are already CPR certified or just looking for an alternative mosaic event,
come join us as we climb the walls at Atlanta Rocks perimeter location.
A few of us have been here before and are "somewhat experienced belayers."
But many of us have never climbed before or are a bit too rusty in our skills.
As of Tuesday, Jan. 24, we have 10 participants signed up.
3 of us are beginners and 2 of us are willing to teach.
The rest are a bit rusty but I'm sure they'll be back "on belay" quickly.
Atlanta Rocks offers a beginners' instructional class.
However, since we have a large group and at least one of us
is certified to belay at Atlanta Rocks, they have discouraged us
from signing people up on the beginners' class.
So do you want to join us?
Since there is no beginners' class, there is no RSVP deadline now.
But please RSVP to Gary to let him know if you are a beginner,
willing to teach, or just a little rusty.
Cost: $13.50 plus rental of shoes ($3.75) and harness ($2.75) - plus tax.
Plus $3 for non-members fee (that’s non-mosaic members)
They do accept major credit cards.
Please RSVP before the event with the following:
Name of participant(s) and Phone number,
Level of experience:
* beginner
* experienced but need review of basics
* or willing to teach beginners.
